Solution
After Ms. F. accepted the bid, Assurant’s (Assured’s) crew got to work quickly, removing the entire 2,400 square foot roofing assembly and replacing it all with a warrantied CertainTeed shingle system. Additionally, for no extra charge, the crew cleaned out all of Ms. F.’s gutters to ensure proper drainage for her new roof. Ms. F. is very grateful to Assurant (Assured) and would use them again in a heartbeat.
