Challenge
Howard A.’s old deck was rotted and nearly useless. He wanted a new one as soon as psosible, so he reached out to Assurant (Assured) Exteriors. They discussed several options, and eventually settled on completely removing the old deck and installing a brand new one with the works, including aluminum railing. After seeing their estimate for the work, Mr. A. happily agreed to contract Assurant (Assured).
Solution
The crew got to work almost immediately, tearing out the old deck and installing a brand new one in its place. They installed a new frame, deck boards, and a new aluminum railing system. They also installed a Trex under deck dry system to create a dry storage area under the deck. Mr. A. is completely satisfied with the work, and he is thrilled that he chose Assurant (Assured) to get it done.
